We are a Florida-based motor carrier providing auto transport, dry van, refrigerated, and construction/industrial freight services across the U.S. We operate under applicable FMCSA and DOT authority. Service availability, routes, and timelines depend on the specifics of each shipment.
2. Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a binding contract until a booking is confirmed in writing by us. Rates may change if shipment details (location, dates, cargo, access, weight, or dimensions) differ from what was quoted.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to have the legal right to ship the cargo, to properly declare and disclose the nature of the cargo, and to ensure items are prepared for transport. You are responsible for removing or disclosing hazardous, prohibited, or restricted items.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices, payment methods, and terms are confirmed at booking. Additional charges may apply for changes, delays, redelivery, storage, special handling, or inaccurate shipment information. Payment is due as agreed in the booking confirmation.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at booking. Cancellations made after a carrier has been dispatched may be subject to fees that reflect costs already incurred.
6. Cargo Liability and Claims
For interstate shipments, carrier liability is governed by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) and the terms of the applicable transport contract or bill of lading. Claims must be submitted in writing within the time limits stated in your shipping documents, with supporting documentation. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly disclosed or packaged cargo, or losses outside our reasonable control.
7. Prohibited and Restricted Items
You may not ship illegal goods, undeclared hazardous materials, weapons, or any items prohibited by law or by our policies. We may refuse or stop transport of any cargo that violates these Terms or applicable regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sanjack Carriers LLC and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
